Nate had some time off so we went camping with all our new camping gear. We went up to American Fork Canyon for an overnighter. Unfortunately, the website said we didn't need reservations but when we got up to the mountain... it turns out everyone and their grandma had heard otherwise. There was not a campsite to be had for 2 hours. We drove and drove around! We decided to make the best of it and played at the lake for a couple hours, throwing rocks and attempting to fish. We then decided to make the best of THAT and camped at Aunt Elaine's house in her backyard! :)

That loks so fun! I'm glad you stayed in the camping spirit and cooked outside and everything. And you even got to run naked in the sprinklers...well, Gabe did, but I wouldn't doubt... ;)
